Carla Terpstra
Chiropractic Assistant/Manager
Carla grew up in the Holland-area where she and her husband raised their four children. She has 20 years of experience in the Medical Field and has done an outstanding job transitioning to the Chiropractic world. Carla enjoys scrap booking and arts & crafts. She is very knowledgeable and quick to handle any responsibility that may arise on the job. She is a blessing to our practice.
Michelle
Chiropractic Assistant
Michelle has lived most of her life in Holland. She and husband, Paulie have been busy raising two boys, Colton and Connor. She has previous experience in a Chiropractic setting and is glad to be back in the profession. Michelle enjoys working with the patients and feels the staff is like an extended family. She happily says that her lower back pain is gone since getting adjusted. In her free time she likes to spend it with her family or cooking, golfing and occasionally shopping! Michelle has a great outlook on life and is always quick with a smile while checking patients in or out! She makes everyone feel like family.
Amanda Struble
Billing Specialist
Amanda is from Grand Haven. She lives there with her husband, Nathen and their dog, Shooter. She attended Ross Medical Center in the Medical Assistant program. She completed her Externship at Fogg Chiropractic and graduated in March 2011. She did such a wonderful job within the office at FOGG, that she was hired on for a permanent position. She brings a great positive attitude and high level of efficiency to the office.We are happy that she joined us.
Amanda and her husband enjoy camping, taking their jeeps to Silver Lake, and spending time with their family and Shooter.
Ofelia Fitch
Certified Massage Therapist
Ofelia is a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist. She graduated from Lakeside Academy of Therapeutic Massage. Her specialty is deep tissue and therapeutic massage. She and her husband, Bruce moved to Michigan from Dallas, Texas in 2003. They live in Zeeland with their three cats(children). Ofelia is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Ofelia brings many years of diverse experience to the office.
Sarah Hungerink
Certified Massage Therapist
Sarah is a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of Spring Renewal School of Massage. Her specialties are Therapeutic Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. Sarah has experience working with immuno-compromised and chronically ill patients. After living in Chicago and Boston-area, she moved back home to Michigan in 2004. She and Marc live in Holland with their two cats, Sokka and Quizzy. Sarah is a wonderful compliment to our massage department and has recently added “Hot Stone Massage” to her menu.
